Eligibility & Required Documents
-
1
Production company letterhead. Your inquiry should come from (or include) official letterhead identifying the production company or studio.
-
2
Proof of active production. A certificate of insurance (COI), a call sheet, or a signed letter of authorization confirming the project is real and currently in production.
-
3
Requester identification. Name, role on the production (e.g. props master, production coordinator), and a way to verify you're authorized to make this request on the production's behalf.
-
4
Intended use. A short description of the scene/shot the close-up props are for.
Submitting documents does not guarantee approval. Our team reviews every request individually and reserves the right to decline at our discretion. Close-up props remain novelty items for production use only — not legal tender, and not to be used to defraud or misrepresent as genuine currency.
